The therapy Space

A co-created pathway to Empowerment, Wholeness, and Integrated Selfhood

In our collaborative work, my role is to create a safe, compassionate, honest, and knowledgeable space where you can process present concerns, integrate past experiences, reclaim your voice, and step more fully into your authentic, empowered, and connected Self.My approach is rooted in relational psychotherapy and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from a range of specialized modalities, including:Radical Honesty as a foundational practice to cultivate profound self-awareness and authentic connection.Liberation Psychology to place your story within the larger context of systemic forces such as racism, sexism, heterosexism, and class dynamics—helping to externalize and release these burdens.Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support your inner world by unburdening the “Parts” of you that carry pain and fear, reconnecting you with your core, compassionate Self.Trauma Integration to heal complex trauma by gently processing old wounds and calming a nervous system stuck in survival mode.Transpersonal Psychology & Jungian Dream Work to explore the symbolic guidance and wisdom offered by your unconscious.Transformative Arts to use the creative process as a powerful boost for healing, insight, and change.Journey Through Trauma’s 5-Phase Cycle of Healing to provide a clear and compassionate trail guide through preparation, unintegration, identification, integration, and consolidation—ensuring that healing unfolds in a safe, paced, and structured way.Together, we will affirm your whole identity—celebrating your gender, sexuality, and unique spirit in a space free of judgment—while also holding compassionate space for grief in all its forms.Healing from both acute traumas and the cumulative weight of strain traumas is a profound journey that requires both a map and a strong container. My approach is guided by the five-phase cycle of healing, which serves as our trail guide. This framework keeps us oriented, moving beyond simply processing the past into building a resilient and compassionate internal foundation—a place of safety, emotional regulation, and self-trust. From there, we move through the phases at your pace:This is the path of transforming survival into a reclaimed life of connection, wholeness, and empowerment.

This is the path of transforming survival into a reclaimed
life of connection, wholeness, and empowerment.

1. Preparation; Establishing safety and resources.2. Unintegration & Disintegration; Allowing fragmented parts of experience to surface in a safe way.3. Identification; Naming and understanding the trauma and its impact.4. Integration; Weaving those parts back into your sense of self with new meaning.5. Consolidation, Embodying the healing and solidifying a new, empowered life narrative.

BIO~About me

My path to becoming a therapist was not a straight line, but a transformative journey that began in the creative world. For years, I worked as a painter, artistic decorator, and set designer—a life dedicated to shaping external spaces. That path shifted profoundly when I experienced hypnotherapy as a client. Those therapeutic trance states opened an entirely new inner landscape, broadening my self-concept and introducing me to the transpersonal and archetypal dimensions of my own experience. It was more than just healing; it was an awakening. This pivotal experience led me to a turning point. I asked myself: "Is there a path for me as an artist that can include the psycho-spiritual?" The answer was a resounding yes. I began formal training at the Center for Spiritual Relaxation and Hypnotherapy, which laid the foundation for a deeper exploration. I went on to study dreamwork and the transformative arts at John F. Kennedy University, and eventually sensed that this amazing journey needed to be grounded in the rigorous exploration of the psyche. This conviction led me to the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, where I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology. This unique trajectory—from artist to clinical psychologist, from the 'canvas' to the 'internal cosmos'—is the very heart of my practice. Having sat where you sit, I have witnessed firsthand the power of these approaches to unlock deep healing. It is my greatest honor to now guide and hold space for others, with both an artist's intuition, a researcher's discernment, and a psychologists training as they courageously explore their own inner landscapes.
